Road Traffic Accident & Locus Report, Domestic & Workplace & Accidents

We provide professional unbiased reports on the following scenario’s, with highly experienced skilled Claims Investigators throughout the UK we are able to provide the following service.

Investigation of:-
  • Road Traffic Collisions
  • Domestic Accidents
  • Industrial Accidents
  • Workplace Accidents



  1. We attend and investigate the scene of an accident
  2. Take 8 – 12 photos of the accident scene from various angles/distances showing where the accident took place/surrounding area.
  3. Create a detailed sketch plan of the accident scene
  4. Take in depth written statements from all parties requested: the P/H, witnesses, Police officers, and T/P if required. (Ensuring these meet with the relevant CPR guidelines and regulations thus allowing the evidence we collate to be acceptable in court.)
  5. Ensuring any questions that may have arisen from claims handler are answered in statements obtained.
  6. A detailed confidential covering report is provided, also giving view of interviewed parties as to competency and appearance as a witness, and sent with photos and sketch plan together with typed up statements to client through email as one whole file. (Original hand written statements will be forward through post.)



We prepare a detailed computerized sketch plan of the scene showing:
  1. route P/H and T/P took
  2. point of impact
  3. measurements of accident scene , and surrounding areas
  4. location enclosed photos were taken from
  5. any other pertinent details, specific to that accident.
